- Deliver services — to carry out projects and fulfill agreements (legal basis: contract).
- Billing — to meet accounting requirements (legal basis: legal obligation).
4. How Long We Store Data
- Contact form — deleted within 12 months if no client relationship is established.
- Client data — stored for the duration of the agreement plus 24 months.
- Accounting records — stored for 7 years as required by Swedish accounting law.
5. Who We Share Data With
We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers necessary to run our business:
- Hosting provider (web server and email)
- Form service (e.g., Formspree or Netlify Forms)
- Accounting and billing
All providers are bound by data processing agreements and process data within the EU/EEA or with adequate safeguards.
