Frequently asked questions

What does the process look like?

We work in clear stages: first a short kickoff meeting to map out your needs. Then design — you approve before we build. After that, development, testing, and launch.

How long does it take?

A website with up to 5 pages is typically delivered within 2–4 weeks.

What qualifies for free work?

That is entirely at our discretion. We decide on our own which projects we take on and may decline without giving a reason.

Can we make demands about the work?

We always do our best, but this is voluntary, unpaid work — that means no formal demands, deadlines, or guarantees beyond what we voluntarily commit to.

Can you refuse our project?

Yes. We reserve the right to decline any request without giving a reason.

Is this work covered by your professional liability insurance?

No. Pro bono work is NOT covered by our professional liability insurance.

Who owns the domain?

You must own your own domain. We can help register a new one, but you pay for and own the domain.

Who pays for hosting?

We pay for hosting and SSL. The domain is your responsibility.

Can you help with an existing site — change or update it?

Get in touch and we can look into that! Reach out via the contact form below.
